I made this the other day as a present. I used the Lotus Flower Cuff design by creativeyarn and it worked out really well.
It was my first attempt at using the super fine yarn that Rob gave me for Christmas and a very small hook of 1.25mm. It was much easier than I thought it would be and really fun to use.
